Had to replace my shutoff valve because it was leaking. Unfortunately due me installing it badly, leaked to the lower floor and had to turn off the water to the home. Mind you, this was on a Saturday evening.

I own a rental property, and a few nights ago, my tenants called me in a panic because the main drain line got clogged, and water started flooding the house. I wasn’t sure what to do at first, but I found FPP Plumbing and gave them a call. I honestly wasn’t expecting much in the middle of the night, but they showed up in about 25 minutes!
