Water coming out of the foundation. A homeowner got a big water bill, and then a notice from the city about it. We ran leak detection, found roughly where the leak was, and started the access hole outside. We had barely started digging when water was already pushing out from under the foundation. The copper line went through the concrete with no sleeve, and right at that spot a pinhole had turned into a serious leak. The pipe past it was in bad shape too, so we dug a tunnel until we reached sound copper, tied in there, and ran new pipe, brazed in the tunnel. Water on the floor
Close the main valve. In most homes here it is in a box at the curb or where the water line enters the house, and our shut-off guide shows both with photos. That stops the flow into the ground and stops it coming up through the floor. Then call. Our emergency plumbing line is answered by a person at any hour, and a slab leak that has surfaced goes to the front of the schedule.
No hot water
Look at the water heater first. If there is water on the floor around the base, close the cold valve on top of the tank and call, that tank is done. If the floor is dry: on a gas heater check whether the pilot is lit, on an electric one check the breaker. If it comes back and quits again within a day, do not keep resetting it, call.

If it is only your house, check that the main valve at the house is fully open and look at the meter box for standing water. A PRV that failed drops pressure in the whole house at once. We work under our Responsible Master Plumber license, M-44816, from the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners, and the company is fully insured.

Day or night, a call goes the same way. You don't have to decide first if you need an emergency plumber or a regular one. Call, tell us what's going on, and we sort it out on the phone.
- You call or text. One of us picks up. We ask what you see, what you hear, and if the water is still running. If it is, we tell you what to close first.
- You get an arrival window. A real one. It depends on where the closest plumber on duty is right now. If we have time open, we come the same day, you don't wait. A real emergency goes first, and we move our schedule for it. After hours you also hear the emergency fee for that hour before anybody leaves.
- The plumber finds the problem. Meter, gauge, camera, acoustic equipment, whatever the job needs. On weekdays this is the $49 service call, and the $49 goes toward the repair.
- You hear the price before we open anything. A flat price for the job. If there is more than one way to fix it, each way has its own price, and you choose.

The most common call right now: a sink drain with the AC line tied in. Some days we get up to five of these calls. The sink line collects soap, hair, grease, calcium and dirt, the AC condensate line feeds it water all day, and when the line clogs, the sink fills up and water comes out into the cabinet. If you see water inside the cabinet and the faucet is closed, look for a small pipe tied in near the trap: that's the AC line. We clear it and tell you up front what to expect with that line. A night call that could have been a morning call. Water running in the house, the homeowner can't stop it, come now. We come out, and the water is running from a faucet into the sink and going down the drain. The cartridge had seized open, and the shut-off valves under the sink were so old they would not close. No leak, no flood. We closed the main shut-off valve at the house and replaced the two valves under the sink; the faucet, old and not worth repairing, is a daytime job. If you know where your main shut-off valve is, a night like this turns into a morning appointment. Our guide shows where it is and how to close it.
One clog, the whole house. Late evening: the toilets won't flush, and every flush comes back up in the tub and the shower. The family thought the downstairs toilet was the problem, so they kept using the upstairs bathroom and flushed a few more times. All of it came back down. The main sewer line was blocked past the outside cleanout, and a house has one drain system: upstairs still flushes only because there is room left in the pipes, and everything comes out at the lowest point downstairs. When they called, we said stop: no toilets, no water at all. But the washer and the dishwasher were still running, draining into the same blocked line, and that water had nowhere to go but the shower pan and the floor. Dirty water through the house. An older toilet adds one more weak spot: a worn wax ring does not hold that pressure, and sewage comes out between the toilet and the floor. We cleared the main line through the cleanout, and the restoration crew came in behind us to dry the house and handle the insurance side. The rule is simple: if one drain backs up, stop every drain in the house, including the washer and the dishwasher, and call. Drain cleaning has the details.
Chewed through in the attic. Mice or squirrels had chewed a PEX water line in the attic, in two spots at once, and water was coming down through the ceiling and the walls. The homeowner was in a panic. We tried to walk him to the main shut-off valve on the phone, and it did not work. That night we had a truck free, so we got there fast, closed the water, replaced the chewed sections, and brought our restoration partner's crew with us, so the drying started the same night. That is what emergency plumbing is for, and we're glad we could do it. But every homeowner should know two things before a night like this: where the main shut-off valve is and how to close it. Do you only handle emergency plumbing, or regular plumbing too?
Both. Emergencies are a big part of our day, but most of the week it's regular plumbing: water heaters, leak detection, slab leaks, drains, sewer lines, PRVs and expansion tanks, toilets, faucets and outdoor faucets. If you need an emergency plumber at night, the same licensed plumbers come out, and the rules on price don't change.
What areas do you serve?
If you searched for a plumber near me from one of these cities, you're in our regular area. Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, Celina, Little Elm, The Colony, Carrollton and Lewisville, plus Highland Park and University Park. Our offices are in Frisco and in Plano. If your city is not on the list but you're about a twenty minute drive from one of the two offices, just call, and we'll tell you on the phone if we can get there.
How quickly can a plumber arrive?
Most weekday calls are handled the same day: with two offices and two plumbers on every shift, a same-day plumber is the normal case for us, not a special promise. What we don't do is promise a time just to get the job. You get a real arrival window, and it depends on where the closest plumber on duty is right now. If water is running, the sewer is backing up or the house has no water, tell us, and that call goes first.
Are you open 24/7? Do you really answer at night?
Yes. We're a 24/7 plumber for real: somebody answers the phone at night, on weekends and on holidays, and a licensed plumber comes out. It's not an answering service, and our emergency plumbers are the same plumbers who work days. At night and on weekends there's an emergency fee, and it depends on the hour. We tell you the fee on the phone before anybody leaves, so you decide: tonight or tomorrow morning.
Do you provide a warranty on your work?
Yes. We stand behind every repair and installation we do. If something we installed or repaired fails because of our work, we come back and fix it at no cost. If the problem comes from something else, the plumber explains what happened on site before anything is charged.
How much do your services cost?
During regular business hours it's a $49 service call, and it goes toward the repair if you do the job with us. The repair is a flat price, and you hear it before we start. Evenings, weekends and holidays have an emergency fee by the hour, and we tell you on the phone first. No free estimates. The price you say yes to is the price on the invoice.
Do I get photos or a report of the work?
You get an invoice that says what we did. On bigger jobs, like a slab leak, a water line or a water heater replacement, we take photos, and our plumbers wear camera glasses. Ask and we'll send you the photos or the video. Insurance adjusters usually want to see that.
Do you handle the water damage too?
We stop the leak and fix the plumbing. For drying out the walls and floors we work with a restoration partner we trust, and on an emergency their crew can come out together with us. Call or text us about it, one call covers both.
What payment methods do you accept?
All the usual ways: credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, checks and cash, and we can take crypto too. Zelle, checks and cash carry no fee; a card payment carries a processing fee, and we tell you about it up front. If you want to spread a bigger bill out, you can pay over time through PayPal Pay Later or Klarna. The approval and the terms are theirs, not ours. You pay when the work is done, and the invoice matches the price you said yes to.
